Message	According to the online searches I've been doing there are no numbers registered to that address under that name or any others. He chooses Western Union if I remember correctly as you have no recourse like you could potentially with a money order or a service like PayPal. You may try having someone here trace his IP address to see if any information can be obtained. If it's the same guy, his last IP address was registered to a public library.
